Short, because there is not much to describe.

{{TODO: CLIENT INPUT}} Legal review of this page and the terms page before launch. Confirm the retention period for form submissions and the governing jurisdiction.

What this site collects

Only what you type into a form and send. That is your name, your email address, and optionally your firm, a description of what you are trying to solve, and a band describing where your firm is. If you ask for your readiness scan register by email, a summary of your scan result is sent with it.

What this site does not do

  • No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording. Where analytics is used it is a privacy-first provider that sets no cookies and builds no cross-site profile.
  • No third-party cookies.
  • No browser storage. The readiness scan holds your answers in memory only. Nothing is written to your device, and closing the tab discards them.
  • No sale or sharing of your details with anyone for marketing.

The readiness scan

Your answers are never transmitted anywhere unless you choose to request the register by email. Your results are shown in full before any address is requested, and you are free to read them and leave.

How submissions are handled

Form submissions are sent to Exalto by email and, where configured, to a customer relationship system operated on Exalto’s behalf. They are used to reply to you and to keep a record of the enquiry.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@exaltoventures.ca and we will action it. You do not need to give a reason.

Security

Security questions and vulnerability reports go to security@exaltoventures.ca. Our control posture is described on the security page.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected, the change will be described here rather than announced as an update to terms.
